Built in 1910, the historic Cochran Hall sits at the entrance of Bethany College (Bethany, WV). Built originally as a dormitory, the building was converted to office use for a period of time, before the building had to be vacated due to the building’s condition.
In 2009, Zamagias partnered with Bethany College to entirely renovate the interior of Cochran Hall into a 72-bed, apartment-style, state-of-art dormitory. This project was sparked by an increasing enrollment at the college, and interest of Zamagias to provide innovative, affordable student-housing solutions to small colleges and universities. The grand opening of is planned for August 2010.
